But a truly free private market in health care AND health care insurance would not only price all things medical accurately, it would solve in the long term ALL shortages and ALL ridiculous hidden (high) pricing.
But we can't let the few wealthy drive the demand that would bring ALL good to the non-wealthy. (sarc/)

Yep. At the very least, we need to remove all Certificate of Need laws AND the artificial med student cap.
If we're going to do universal healthcare, we need to increase our supply PRONTO.
"Luckily" for us, that is also what would drive prices down (and why the laws and the cap exist in the first place.)
